Human Composition: As human beings, we are composed of Mind, Body, and Spirit. Generally, our focus tends to be on the mind and body, which exist within the physical realm. However, our spirit extends beyond the physical realm.

Metaphysical Teachings: Metaphysics is an umbrella term encompassing various philosophies, principles, and spiritual truths that help us gain awareness beyond the physical, beyond our mind's stories, and beyond our programming or limiting beliefs.

What is Metaphysical counselling?
Metaphysical counselling transcends traditional talk therapy, which typically addresses issues on physical, mental, and emotional levels. Metaphysical counselling delves into the root cause of a problem, reaching deeper levels such as the subconscious or the soul.
Metaphysical counselling also referred to as holistic or spiritual counselling, Metaphysical Counselling blends psychological and spiritual approaches. Utilising potent techniques, that aim to raise awareness of specific issues, offering clients a broader perspective and potentially shifting their mindset.
As a Metaphysical Practitioner, my role is to identify imbalances in your belief system or programming and facilitate harmony restoration.
During sessions, depending on the level of inner work you've done, you will likely gain clarity, a calmer mind, and an enhanced sense of well-being through increased awareness and understanding.

30-Minute Initial Discussion - Free
When you book this free 30-minute initial video call, I assume you've taken some time to read about the services I offer on my website and are seriously considering booking a session. You might still have some unanswered questions or simply want to meet me beforehand, which is completely reasonable.
During this free video call, my aim is to answer any remaining questions you may have and to get to know each other to see if we feel comfortable working together.
Clients must complete a registration form to book this session, providing essential information.
This helps me determine if I am qualified to work with the client and ensures we use the 30 minutes effectively.
The 30-minute free video call is intended to be a casual meeting.
The form requests general and brief details about your background, your reason for booking the call, your interest in metaphysical counselling, and some health-related questions to assess my suitability to work with you.
One Session
Since it is impossible to address any issue fully in one session, the single session focuses on listening to the client and addressing the most prominent energy affecting his/her well-being. Intuitively, I will select a technique to help release intense or stagnant energy, potentially providing the client with some insights to bring the whole process into a full circle.
Six Sessions
First Session: The client shares a brief history and highlights significant life events. We identify a specific issue to work through in the remaining four sessions.
Sixth Session: If the client chooses not to continue, we wrap up by brainstorming steps for moving forward based on the insights gained. If the client is open to receiving supportive tools, I will send an email with simple suggestions to aid in their journey.
Twelve Sessions
This package follows a structure similar to the six-session plan but allows for deeper exploration of the identified issue. If a related sub-issue arises, we can address it as well. In the final session, we will work together to identify steps and tools to support the client's progress after the sessions conclude.
Duration of the session
All my sessions are one hour long and begin at the agreed start time. However, due to the unpredictability of technology, I usually make myself available 15 minutes before the session begins, and I highly recommend the same for the client.
For the 6- and 12-session packages, the first session can be extended to 2 hours if the client agrees. This allows us to thoroughly cover the client's health and case history information, so we can start working on the desired issue from the second session onwards.
